This logo, MacScan_icon.png, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (Jonathan2007) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. it is a low resolution logo;
2. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the application in any way;
3. the logo provides a way to recognize this application.
