Fair use rationale[edit]

The use of a low resolution version of this logo constitutes fair use in the Wikipedia article MVM Films because:

• The low resolution nature of the image prevents reuse which could infringe on the commercial benefit of the copyright owner;
• MVM have willingly published such images to publicise their products.
