Summary

Description
English: Lytchett Matravers: parish church of St. Mary This parish church is quite detached from what is today recognised as the village of Lytchett Matravers – thanks to the black death the village near the church was deserted and re-established where it is today. The vast majority of the church is medieval, including the tower which was built in around 1200.
