Fair use rationale[edit]

Although this image is copyrighted by ABC, it is believed that under U.S. fair use laws it can be linked to the Lost: The Journey article on the English Wikipedia because it is of lower web resolution than the original copy, is irreplaceable by a free image and it clearly identifies the subject.
