Summary
| Description |
English: Looking for a Fare. London taxi entering Paddington Station via the bridge over the suburban platforms. This entrance was accessed from Bishops Bridge Road via the cobbles of the old upper goods yard. Around the sharp bend ahead is a steep ramp that will take the taxi down to the ranks between platforms 8 and 9. I never did see any cabbies stop as the sign instructs! This entrance has now been pedestrianised, see 800800. |
