This image is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. No free or public domain images have been located for this single.
2. The image is of lower resolution than the original cover. Copies made from it will be of inferior quality, and could not be used as artwork on illegal CD copies of the single.
3. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the CD in any way.
4. The image is used for information purposes only to illustrate the album in question
5. It is historically significant since it was made by a famous artist.
6. Look Sharp is significant because three of the songs in this music album--The Look, Dangerous, and Listen to Your Heart--became top 10 hit songs on the US Billboard music charts during 1989-1990.
