Summary

Description
English: Longbridge on the Early May 2014 bank holiday weekend.

Longbridge Lane update.

I noticed that the Longbridge Interchange has been moved to the other side of the road!

The Genie of Industry

The Genie of Industry commissioned by CENTRO the artwork feature sits on top of a train information point. John designed the genie as a tribute to the industry of the Birmingham metal bashers over the centuries. The Birmingham civic coat of arms has a black smith and anvil upon it which were starting points of information for the genie.

Designed by John Mckenna. Metal bashed by John Mckenna aided by his long assistant Darren Sutton.
