Tiếng Việt: Đây là biểu trưng của thành phố Phúc Yên, tỉnh Vĩnh Phúc, Cộng hoà Xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam.
Ý nghĩa biểu trưng: 3 đỉnh núi lớn biểu thị cho dãy Tam Đảo ở phía Bắc thành phố, những tòa nhà và cây cối chính là phương châm quy hoạch một thành phố xanh và hiện đại. Những vệt màu xanh dương là sóng nước hồ Đại Lải, những đường cong ở đáy là những dải đồi thấp phía nam thành phố. Bánh răng phía trên tượng trưng cho một thành phố công nghiệp. Chữ PY được đặt bên trong ô cửa đang mở hàm ý Phúc Yên luôn chào đón bất kỳ ai. Chữ Y được cách điệu thành hình chú bồ câu đang tung cánh bay lên hàm ý Phúc Yên ngày càng phát triển. Ngôi sao trên đỉnh núi là lý tưởng và sự quyết tâm không sợ gian khổ của người Phúc Yên.
