This image is claimed for fairuse for Wikipedia as it is being used strictly for purposes about the subject pictured. And its use on Wikipedia is intended to add to the article as it displays a picture of the subject with which the article is about. There are no known alternatives available, as the subject passed away in 2007. Use of this photo does not detract from the original licensed owners in any way, as its use is strictly for educational purposes.
