Italiano: Situazione di regata: la boa è indicata in rosso, le lay line in nero. La barca blu, essendosi portata sulla lay line, effettua un percorso più corto rispetto alle altre imbarcazioni. Si tratta della rotta teoricamente migliore, ma generalmente impossibile a causa dei giri di vento. Le altre rotte, più realistiche, seguono tali cambiamenti (barca arancione) oppure li prevengono (barca gialla, che si è allontanata troppo, e barca verde, rotta migliore).
Deutsch: Mehrere Segelboote versuchen, eine luvwärts gelegene Tonne (rot) zu erreichen. Der Wind kommt von oben. Während das blaue Boot direkt auf der Layline (schwarz) segelt, verschenkt das gelbe Boot Höhe. Das grüne und das orange Boot wenden zu unterschiedlichen Zeitpunkten, abhängig von ihrer Taktik, auf die Layline. |
