The full photograph shows L. Harold DeWolf with Martin Luther King, Jr.'s and Harold C. Case (president of Boston University), on the occasion of King's donating his student papers to the university. All commercial value resides in using the full photograph showing King with these men on that occasion not in only showing L. Harold D. Wolf. Its not a photograph anyone would commercially use only to identify DeWolf (its side on and better ones exist although I can't verify their owners).
Other information	The subject of the photograph has been deceased since: 1986 the article it was published in was 'Becoming Martin Luther King, Jr.: An Introduction by David Thelen' - the caption underneath it therein ran: L. Harold DeWolf (Martin Luther King, Jr.'s dissertation adviser), King, and Harold C. Case (president of Boston University), September 11. 1964, on the occasion of King's donating his student papers to the university.
