Summary

Description

Die Ursprünge der Löwenvilla in der Jägervorstadt, Gregor-Mendel-Straße 26, gehen auf das Jahr 1836 zurück. Der Architekt war Emil Lorenz, als Gartenarchitekt wurde Julius Trip beauftragt. Gebaut wurde im Stile des Neobarock mit einer großen Schaufassade und Schmuckelementen des Jugendstils. Die Treppe zum Hauptportal wird von zwei liegenden Löwen flankiert.
