English: Kumpir is a turkish appetizer, yet a full meal. it consists of baked potato with its skin; potato inside is mixed with cheese while still hot; then topped with different things like corn, black olives, mayo and ketchup. الكمبير هو طبق من تركيا، يتكون من البطاطا المشوية بقشرتها، وتختار القطع الكبيرة لذلك، بعد قطع جزء من البطاطا، يتم مزج المحتوى الداخلي مع الجبنة أو المارغرين فتذوب بسرعة كون البطاطا ساخنة، وتوضع مكونات أخرى كالذرة والزيتون وقطع الملفوف وقطع الشاورما أحيانا، والمايونيز والكتشب حسب الطلب
