Summary

Description
English: The Woman's Building in Knoxville, Tennessee, USA. This building was originally constructed in Nashville for the Tennessee Centennial Exposition in 1897, where it was known as the "Knoxville Building," and displayed exhibits for Knoxville-area businesses and organizations. Following the Centennial, several Knoxville women's groups raised funds to have the building relocated to Knoxville. It stood on Main Street, opposite the Knox County Courthouse, until it burned in 1906. The building was designed by Baumann Brothers.
