Summary

Description
English: Kimberley Park station, 1998
View southward, towards Wymondham: ex-GER Wymondham = Dereham - King's Lynn line, which had been closed by BR since 30/6/89 (passengers 6/10/69). After occasional use and a complex series of exchanges with preservation bodies, at the time of this photograph in 6/98, the line here, past this station*, had just been bought back from BR by the Mid-Norfolk Preservation Trust, the line here having been restored in 7/97; passenger services by the MNPS between Wymondham and Dereham were restored in 5/99.
