Purpose of use

Illustration of two deceased persons relevant to article. Two photos are required: the coy boyish photo of Duggan alone and a cropped photo of Duggan in "gangster" mode, allegedly making the sign of a gun. Placing both photos in the article provides a balance to the two perceptions of his life. An image of Easton and Duggan together is relevant, since Duggan was allegedly planning to avenge Easton's murder before Duggan was shot to death.

Replaceable?

No, both subjects are deceased. Kelvin Easton was stabbed to death at a nightclub on March 27, 2011 and Mark Duggan died when police officers shot him to death on August 4, 2011.
