Description
English: "Kashk e Baademjaan" or as Iranians say casually "Kashk e Baademjoon" is probably the most popular appetizer in Iran. It is even eaten as a main course in some parts of the country. It's made of eggplants, kashk, and fried onion and mint on top. It sometimes has walnuts on top too. it is served with Iranian bread. Many tourists try "Kashk e Bademjoon" in their trip to Iran. In this picture you can see Iranian drink "Doogh" next to the dish which is made of yogurt.
