The image Image:KUZZ logo.jpg is being linked here; though the picture is originally copyright, I (RadioKirk talk to me 19:47, 26 March 2006 (UTC)) believe this image is covered by U. S. fair use laws because:

1. It is a low-resolution copy of a company logo;
2. No free or public domain images have been located for this purpose;
3. Its inclusion serves as a direct illustration of the points in the subject's career that are discussed in the accompanying text;
4. The image is being used for informational purposes only, and its use is not believed to detract from the subject or his work in any way.
