Description
English: A U.S. Air Force McDonnell Douglas KC-10A Extender from the 908th Expeditionary Aerial Refueling Squadron refuels an Italian Tornado fighter over Afghanistan on 11 December 2008. Using either an advanced aerial refueling boom, or a hose and drogue centerline refueling system, the KC-10 can refuel a wide variety of U.S. and allied military aircraft within the same mission.
