Fair use rationale for K-9 (Doctor Who)[edit]
This image, K9_2006.jpg (copied from http://www.bbc.co.uk/pressoffice/pressreleases/stories/2005/08_august/24/who.shtml), is being linked here; though the picture is copyright © to the BBC, I (Radagast 01:06, 9 July 2007 (UTC)) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use law because:
- The image is a low-resolution copy of a publicity photograph;
- The image is being used for informational purposes about the character of K-9 (Doctor Who), as it appeared in the television programme Doctor Who;
- No more free alternative exists or can exist;
- The use of the image in this article will have no effect on the BBC's commercial use of the image in question.
