  • Because I was not able to view all pages of the booklet, a copyright search was done at copyright.gov for Grand Ole Opry and WSM. The only entry for Grand Ole Opry copyrighted in 1957 was a renewal for a song book by Hilo Brown. The next renewal is for a Hank Snow recording in 1973. Nothing applicable to this booklet was found.
  • A search for WSM was also done at copyright.gov; the earliest entry for that is from 1986.
  • While I believe the booklet was never copyrighted, I have licensed it as copyright not renewed, based on the information above. Nothing indicates there are claims on this material.
