The Oregonian published in The Oregonian on January 27, 2012 or at least given it is an old photo, clearly it was RE-published on that date. And given the look of the photo it clearly was a voter's guide photo or one from the legislature, as The Oregonian does not take headshots such as that, nor do they give attribution to their photographer as they do when a photograph is taken by them. |
