Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	This article discusses the fictional species, the Kazon. This image is used in this article to visualize and illustrate the appearance of, to provide a commentary of, to identify, and to historicize the Kazon. It is neither intended to infringe the rights of this image nor intended to affect the marketability of this image. This image also allows for the reader to see a complete image of the subject matter (costuming, make-up, context in the actual show, etc.) in a stronger manner than showing an image of just the make-up or costuming for the Kazon outside of the context of the series.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	It is virtually impossible to accurately describe the character for a sufficient picture in one's mind with mere words. This image is being used in the infobox of the article, which is a quick run down of the most important aspects of the article. The image is of the character; an image of the actor would not depict the character in the correct way and would likely mislead general readers using the article for research.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	Low resolution. Only used for the infobox.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	Use will not affect the value of the original work that has been published elsewhere on the Internet or limit the copyright holder's rights or ability to distribute the original.
