This is an image of deceased Chicago mobster, Jack McGurn (1905 - 1936). This image was obtained from http://www.lex-luthor.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/02/jack_machine_gun.jpg. This image originally appeared in Amanda J. Parr's "The True and Complete Story of Machine Gun Jack McGurn" and the copyright for this image is presumably held by the author of the book.
