Summary

Description
English: Israel 10,000 (old) sheqel banknote, 1984. It was replaced with a 10 new sheqel banknote with identical design in 1985. Both notes are out of circulation today. The note features a portrait of Golda Meir and the crowd of Russian Jews welcoming her as the first Israeli ambassador to the Soviet Union, with the inscription shaláħ et ʻamí ("Let my people go", Exodus 9:1).

العربية: ورقة نقدية إسرائيلية من فئة 10000 شيقل (قديم) تحمل صورة جولدا مائير. تم استبدال هذه الورقة بورقة نقدية من فئة 10 شواقل جديدة ذات تصميم متجانس في 1985، وقد خرجت كلتا الورقتين من حيز التداول. يحمل ظهر الورقة النقدية صورة احتشاد يهود روسيا لاستقبال جولدا مائير عند وصولها إلى الاتحاد السوفياتي كسفيرة إسرائيل الأولى لديه، مع اقتباس بالعبرية من سفر الخروج (أصحاح 9، 1) "شالاح إت عامي" ("أطلق شعبي").

  6. All of the above apply for banknotes in circulation and those taken out of circulation.
