Fair use rationale for The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King[edit]

Used to illustrate Shore's example of his score for the feature film "The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King".

The clip was kept short (30 seconds out of a 5 minute length track) and is of reduced quality compared to the original. No free content could be found conveying the same information. The following file with not limit financial profit of Peter Jackson's film in any way nor will it obliterate any credit of Howard Shore's work, respectively. The rightful copyright holder is New Line Cinema.
