This image is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (User:jthillik) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- The image is used as the primary means of visual identification of the article topic;
- The promo has been released for reasons of advertising and awareness of the first and second season Intelligence;
- The use of the image is, in itself fulfilling much of the intent of the promo;
- It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell, produce, or advertise the show in any way;
- The image is only a small portion of the commercial product;
- The image is available for free on the CBC's public release website (www.cbc.ca);
- It is used to identify the subject of the article
- It is not replaceable with an uncopyrighted or freely copyrighted image of comparable value.

The copyright for it is most likely owned by the company who created the promotional item or the artist who produced the item in question; you must provide evidence of such ownership.
