日本語: ヤロスラブリの聖イリヤ教会内部。緻密な彫刻で飾られた祭壇と、芸術性の高いフレスコ画はロシア有数の文化遺産である。17世紀に書かれたフレスコ画には、当時の庶民の生活が活写されており学術的価値も高い。ロシア正教の教会はソ連時代に工場に転用されるなどしてそのほとんどが破壊されたが、このヤロスラブリの聖イリヤ教会は奇跡的に破壊を免れた。これほど保存状態の良いロシア正教の教会は珍しい。
