English: Dried/dry red chili (chilli) pepper, "Bird eye chili". A chili pepper, a cultivar from the species Capsicum annuum, found in Southeast Asia. In Southeast Asia cuisine, these chilis are highly valued for their fruity taste and extreme spiciness. They are extensively used in many Southeast Asia dishes. Nyaungshwe, Inle Lake, Myanmar.
