Summary

Description	English: This is the real-time animation where each frame displayed at 1 fps rate usually corresponds to 1 second of actual flight. For this animation of flight 8 of Ingenuity 100 frames acquired by the navigation camera (NAV) of the helicopter were used, amounting to 39 seconds of flight time. Animation starts from the photo taken at 12:33:38 local mean solar time on June 22, 2021 (sol 120 of the Perseverance rover mission), about 38 seconds after departure, when Ingenuity has already climbed to the flight level specified for this flight. Timestamp for the last photo is 12:34:17, when Ingenuity has already landed at Airfield E and keeps her feet firmly on the ground. The NAV camera is mounted in the helicopter’s fuselage and points directly downward to track the ground during flight.
