English: Russian Federation, award of the Ministry of Defence. Badge of Distinction "For Merits" of the Office of Information and Public Relations of the Ministry of Defence of Russia. Instituted on 2 November 2005 by ministerial order 464. Awarded to military and civilian personnel of the Office of Information and Public Relations of the Ministry of Defence of Russia who have served in the department for at least 3 years: for exemplary performance of military duties and high performance indicators; for diligence and initiative displayed during the performance of official duties.
