English: The photograph can be find in India news portal, archive and websites only, and not any UK news portal or archive or news site but the source is not clear but it is absolutely in public domain in both the country as in for India its more than 60 years old (before September 1958) and as in for UK its more than 70 years old (before September 1948). The Indian Copyright Act, 1957 is not retroactive, so any work in which copyright did not subsist when it commenced did not have its copyright restored, and is in the public domain per the Copyright Act 1911.
