Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	It is a low resolution copy of a TV film poster. It doesn't limit the copyright owner's rights to promote the film in any way, in fact, it may encourage it. Because of the low resolution, copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the artwork/image. The image is itself will be used in the infobox thereof. The image is significant because promotes an upcoming TV film.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	No free alternative.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	The resolution is 250 pixels. The poster shouldn't be used anywhere else on Wikipedia. The image may be replaced by the film's intertitle upon airing.
