Summary

Description
English: The Display Adapter II, an IBM video card for 16-bit Micro Channel with Auxiliary Video Extension slot of IBM Personal System/55. (P/N: 38F4650) The card has 1 MB of video RAM, 256 KB of RAM for user-defined characters, and the ability to display 40 x 25 Japanese (approximately 7,000 glyphs of double-byte characters with 24 x 24 pixels font) text without loading the font into memory. It also has a 1024 x 768 pixels graphics mode (16 or 256 colors chosen from 262,144 colors).
