Summary

Description
English: One of the first automated and continuous long goods dry pasta lines consisting of a hydraulic press, hydraulic spreader and long paste preliminary dryer with sweat chamber. This machine made long goods pasta, such as spaghetti with little handling and in continuous production instead of batch production. This machine was built by Consolidated Macaroni Machine Corporation, Brooklyn, New York.
