Description
English: "House of the Democrat" designed by Will Price on Price's Lane in the Rose Valley Historic District (on the NRHP since July 19, 2010) The HD is roughly bounded by Ridley Creek, Woodward Rd., Providence and Brookhaven Rds. and Todmorden Ln. within Rose Valley Borough, Pennsylvania. This design was published by Price in a popular magazine as being inexpensive, yet fulfilling the needs of the workingman/middle class, then he built it in his "experiment" Rose Valley.
