This historic photograph showed capture of a South Vietnamese base by North Vietnamese troops in 1975. My intention in uploading this picture, is to portray a particular event which occurred in the history of Vietnam, namely the Battle of Ban Me Thuot. The picture is shown in low resolution. This photographs constitute fair use because it is used to portray an event, in the context of a historical event. It is available only in small resolution. |
