English: Histopathology of leydig cell tumor of the ovary, high mag. HE stain. It shows a typical histopathology of a Leydig cell tumor:[1]
- Diffuse architecture (may also be nodular with fibrous bands)
- Polygonal cells with abundant eosinophilic granular cytoplasm
- Uniform round nuclei and prominent central nucleoli.
