Flaggenbeschreibung
„Die Flagge der Gemeinde Kritzmow ist gleichmäßig vom Liek unten zum oberen Flugsaum schräggeteilt von Blau und Gelb. Die Schrägstreifen sind jeweils mit den Figuren des Gemeindewappens in flaggengerechter Tingierung belegt: der blaue Schrägstreifen mit einem abgerissenen, rot gezungten goldenen Greifenkopf, der gelbe Schrägstreifen mit einem schrägrechts liegenden, gestürzten roten Abtstab mit abgebrochenem Schaft. Die Figuren nehmen je 2/3 der Höhe des Flaggentuchs ein, wobei sie mittig 1/10 nach oben bzw. nach unten verschoben sind. Die Höhe des Flaggentuchs verhält sich zur Länge wie 2 zu 3.“[1]

Die Blasonierung dieses Gemeindewappens lautet:

„Das Wappen zeigt schräglinks geteilt; oben in Blau ein abgerissener, rot gezungter goldener Greifenkopf; unten in Gold ein schräglinks liegender, gestürzter roter Abtstab mit abgebrochenem Schaft.“[1]
