Summary

Description
English: Hill Street West Midlands Passenger Transport Executive buses climb Hill Street. The scene has changed little since 1975, only the car showroom directly behind the bus has been demolished - fittingly it is currently a car park. The shop housing scoutways remains, as does the cream building behind the bus. The building with the Balcony is a Holiday Inn. The buildings at the end of the street are on Smallbrook Queensway. The closest bus is a BMMO D9, built for Midland Red and passed to WMPTE when they took over the Midland Red city services. It was withdrawn in 1976.
