Fair use for Genesis (Heroes) and List of Heroes episodes[edit]

Though the picture is subject to copyright I (Peregrinefisher) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

• it is a low resolution still of a television episode;
• it does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell the episode in any way;
• it illustrates the episode in question and aids commentary on the plot outline.
• this image was chosen because the main ability documented in this episode is Claire's healing ability, and its most notable use was Claire walking into a burning building and living through it. That is this image's subject.
• The copyright is most likely held by the studio that produced it, NBC
