In reference to above, I actually took the time and effort to request use of their photo as outlined in the websites T&C. I personally emailed 'news@footballfoundation.org' as was instructed and I have received a mail FAILURE delivery notification due to that particular email not assosiated on their servers, they obviously care greatly about the protection of their content. Due to the fact that they are 'uncontactable' I have decided it will be perfectly fine to use this photo under fair use, I have tried my best to seek the appropriate permissions. http://www.footballfoundation.org/TermsofUse.aspx
