Further identification from ...More Than Would Be Reasonably Anticipated The Story of No. 3 Wing Royal Naval Air Service by Bob Peason, page 5:

Flight Sub-Lieutenant E. B. Waller; F/S/L J. F. Jones;[1] Lt.Cdr. E. W. Stedman;[2] Adjutant Chazard (French Warrant Officer guide/navigator),[3] Flt Sub.Lt. D. R. C. Wright.[4]

Jones, Stedman, Waller (or Walker) and Wright appear in a much better photo in The Royal Naval Air Service in the First World War by Philip Jarrett.
  1. Waller, from Toronto, and Jones (also possibly Canadian), promoted to Flight Lieutenants, joined No. 7(Naval) Squadron RNAS by July 1917. See 207 Squadron RAF History - World War I: "1917 HP O/100s"
  2. Later Air Vice-Marshal Ernest Walter Stedman C.B., O.B.E.: Canada's Aviation Hall of Fame.
  3. Chazard (or Chasard) of the French Air Service bombed the Bosch magneto factory in Stuttgart in October 1916 - see Walters, E. Walter (1917). Heroic Airmen and Their Exploits, p. 186
  4. Wright, a Canadian from Toronto, was killed in a Sopwith Camel near Dunkirk on 23 December 1917. See Walmer Airfield Memorial April 1917- October 1918. Kent War Memorials Transcription. p. 23 and "Walmer Aerodrome Memorial", Hawkshill Freedown Newsletter, Spring 2008, pp 3-4.
