Français : Hôtel d'Arbaud-Jouques, 19 cours Mirabeau, 17 rue Courteissade, Aix-en-Provence (France).

Cet imposant hôtel, avec ses huit travées de front, présente plusieurs particularités. La façade en belles pierres de taille, unit deux corps de bâtiments achetés par Elzéar d’Arbaud-Jouques, futur Président du Parlement de Provence et par sa mère. Il a conservé sa façade d’origine.

La répartition des ordres des pilastres est classique, dorique, ionique et corinthien, mais la porte placée sur le côté droit du bâtiment et la riche ornementation des battants par des trophées, le situent déjà dans l’architecture du 18e siècle (1700-1732).

Les ferronneries élégantes des balcons et les mascarons gracieux des clés de baies achèvent de faire de cette façade une des plus belles d’Aix au 18e siècle.
