Summary

Description
English: The ground plan of the Greek Catholic Cathedral of Hajdúdorog, Hungary. The cathedral was built in three different historical period. The oldest part of the church is coloured green. Originally the Hajduk built a watchtower in the early 17th century that served as the basis of the current cathedral's bell-tower. The second oldest part is coloured purple: eparch András Bacsinszky started to build a baroque style church in 1752. The youngest part of the church is marked with yellow. The church was extended with two other naves by 1872.
With brown you can see the placement of the cathedral's most important furniture: in the apse the main altar and the preparation altar takes place; the iconostasis closes the apse; in the main nave you can see the pulpit and the episcopal throne.
Magyar: A kép a hajdúdorogi görög katolikus székesegyház alprajzát mutatja. A templomot három jól elkülöníthető időben építették. A zöld színű részt eredetileg a hajdúk építették a 17. század elején őrtoronyként.
