Copyright may still exist at Belmond - successor of Orient Express Hotels and Sea Containers - or at the Australian co-operator Queensland Rail.

The train itself doesn't exist since 2003, the carriages were transferred a year before to Peru, to be operated as Belmond Andean Explorer. Therefore a reinstating can't be foreseen, the logo has no more commercial value.
