Notes "By God's will the king of the Arabs came to him to have the saint pray for him". The king, impressed by saint's miracles, converted to Christianity. The Polyptych was founded by Mikołaj of Brzezie Lanckoroński, treasurer of king Alexander I Jagiellon (1461-1506) of Poland, for the St. Catherine's Church in Kraków. King Alexander, was most probably depicted as king of the Saracens. Identification by Artinpl (Marcin Latka).
