Summary

Description
English: Fossil skull specimen JME-SOS 4580 (previously catalogued as specimen PTHE or PTH 1951.84), referred to the Jurassic pterosaur species Gnathosaurus subulatus. The fossil was found in limestone quarries of Eichstatt, Bavaria and photographed in the Natuurhistorisch Museum van Rotterdam during a temporary pterosaur exposition.
