Description
English: The Glossy Ibis is a wading bird that has a wide distribution. In the United States, Glossy Ibis are the species most likely encountered East of the Mississippi, although the White-faced Ibis is a rare find. This individual was at a rookery for Glossy Ibis, Great Egret, Black- and Yellow-crowned Night Herons, and the occasional Little Blue Heron.
