Description

This structure is the methyl glycoside of Glucuronic acid and was fully geometrically optimised using ab initio quantum mechanical calculations at the 6-31G* level with GAMESS. It is in the 4C1 conformation and the cremer pople puckering parameters are as follows.

theta=4.69 phi2=27.83
